Powder are based in Scotland, just outside Edinburgh and were founded by Lisa Beaumont & Lucas Nicholls, who wanted to create a new brand of fashion accessories. They launched their first collection of scarves in Spring 2009, with a simple criteria that each scarf should be bright, colourful and full of texture.
